SP-Cleaner

SP-Cleaner is a water-based concentrate for maintaining and cleaning sealed surfaces. It "shampoos" and "conditions" a surface already treated with a sealer.
It is suitable for engineered concrete, terracotta tile, pre-cast stone, paver, sandstone, limestone, brick, slate, marble, granite, porcelain, terrazzo, vitreous tile and grout.

SP-Cleaner is available both as a concentrate to be mixed with water or in a pre-mixed form.

Application

1. ALWAYS TEST PRODUCT ON A SMALL AREA FIRST.
2. Sweep surface to remove dust and dirt.
3. Ensure surfaces to be treated are dry, clean and free of residues. Apply when surface temperature is between 40° and 95° F.
4. Pour in one part concentrate to 40 parts warm water and stir for 30 seconds.
5. Apply with a mop or sponge. For heavy use areas, scrub surfaces. Avoid product contact with surrounding areas.
6. Allow surface to dry completely.
7. Mop surface generously with clean warm water, rinse mop regularly.
8. Product should be applied regularly depending of surface use.
9. Clean equipment with water.

Safety Precautions

1. Do not take internally. Keep away from children.
2. Avoid moisture contact with the surface for six hours after application.
3. Protect surrounding areas from overspray.
4. Keep away from drains, plants, water and soil.
5. Wear suitable gloves, protective clothing and safety goggles.
6. Avoid applying in windy conditions.
7. Wash hands thoroughly after applying.
8. Use product within 12 months of purchase.
9. Keep container tightly sealed, in a cool well-ventilated place.
